We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way (i.e. on paper during our workshops).

 

In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile, should you decide to carry on transactions on our website (i.e. when opting in for a service discount offer).

How do we collect information?

 

The current possible options for you to pass on your personal information to us is via the newsletter subscription form on our homepage and if you e-mail us directly as prompted by the 'Contact Us' section. 


Therefore, when you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only - i.e. to subscribe you to our newsletter or to answer your queries.

Why do we collect such personal information?

 

Because we are a marketing and advertising platform, we collect email addresses for all communications around campaigns and projects you instruct us to run or to keep you up to date with new workshop details or follow-ups from past events. We may also collect your addresses for shipping purposes should your selected service involve any physical correspondence or parcels that need to be delivered to you. 

 
We therefore collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

  2. To provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;

How do we store, use, share and disclose our site visitors' personal information?


Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

How do we communicate with our site visitors?

We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company or events we run, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you.

 

For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail, depending on the details you have chosen to share with us and your specific preferences to be contacted on one or the other.

How do we use cookies and other tracking tools?

This website tracks personal information through the use of cookies. For service improvement and training purposes, we employ Google Analytics whenever necessary, to learn more about our visitors in order to tailor our services  to them accordingly and effectively (e.g. visitor location information). Click here to view which cookies are stored on this site visitors' computer. 

What personal data does Google Analytics collect?

Google Analytics works by means of tracking code that is added to the pages of your website. Every user is registered with a unique ID, so that Google Analytics can provide you with insight into how many unique visitors there are to the site, for example, and how many users return. With Google Analytics, we can survey how often any single user has visited the website, what pages they visited, for how long they stayed and how they interacted with this site.

Combined with their enormous statistical data on internet users, Google Analytics can provide very precise information on what segments your website attracts according to demographics such as age, gender, professional and private interests, geographical location etc.
